[Event] Please read before joining a video-call event

Hello from Liberta. Here is what you need to know before joining a video-call event. ■ Confirmation · There is no draw — your spot is confirmed the moment payment is complete. · Each member has a limited number of slots, so events may sell out early. ■ On the day · Your call schedule and how to join are shown in My Page › Video Calls. · Our staff will contact you in turn, so please be reachable at the time you are given. · We recommend a stable Wi-Fi connection and a fully charged device. ■ Please note · If you miss your call for personal reasons, it cannot be rescheduled or refunded. · Whether screen recording or capture is allowed depends on each event — please follow the event notice. · Calls may be ended immediately in the case of abusive or inappropriate behaviour toward the artist. We will do our best to make your time with the artist a wonderful memory.
